The Forge is a structured, one-day working experience. You will not sit in a chair and listen. You will think, write, confront, and build. You will walk out with a finished Life Plan and a 100-day execution roadmap tailored to your life.

You will complete a full life assessment across every domain that matters — health, finances, relationships, purpose. No hiding. No comfortable answers.

The Build
Using the XIII Pillars framework, you will construct your Life Plan — a personal governing document with identity doctrine, values, vision, goals, and daily disciplines.

The Roadmap
You will leave with a 100-day execution plan — specific, sequenced, and tied to your constraints. Not a wish list. A battle plan.

Every hour is structured. Every block has a deliverable. Nothing is wasted.
5:30 AM
Optional Morning Walk
Guided group walk near the waterfront. Clear your head before the work begins. Completely optional but highly recommended.
8:00 AM
Doors Open — Arrival & Setup
Check in, find your seat, get your materials. Coffee and light refreshments available. Settle in. The room closes at 9:00.
9:00 AM
Morning Block — Foundation
Identity doctrine. Core values extraction. The Ahead-to-Dead vision exercise. This is where you confront who you actually are versus who you have been pretending to be.
12:00 PM
Lunch
Included with your ticket. Use this time to reset and process the morning. Conversations happen naturally — the men in this room are not strangers by noon.

Afternoon Block — Execution
Annual goals. Life arena hierarchy. The 100-day plan build. Daily disciplines and the Governing Loop installation. This is where vision becomes structure.
4:00 PM
Final Refinement & Next Steps
Plan review. Accountability structure. Fortitude Drive onboarding for continued support. You leave with a finished document and a system to execute it.
5:00 PM
Dismiss
Doors close. You walk out with your Life Plan, your 100-day roadmap, and access to the Fortitude community for ongoing accountability.

Come to work. Business casual or smart casual. You will be writing, moving, and building all day. Comfort matters more than appearance.

A pen. A notebook if you prefer handwriting. A laptop or tablet is fine. An open mind and honest answers. Everything else is provided.
